THE WINNER, and nobody wanna say it tho, HANDS DOWN IS JOHNNY NEUMATIC!!!!!
SEE U TONIGHT!!!

JOHNNY NEUMATIC would like to sincerely thank all the little people that spent their free time voting, I sure didn't...no disrespect to WINNIE wink.gif ....Matter of a fact I tip my fitted to you WINNIE for drumming up some life on this site.

As for the categories I won in....I GUESS

QUESTIONS:

Who on here as the MOST READS?
That isn't a valid category though?! huh.gif
But who YOU deduce is the most successful....is Grammynominated?
DEKA Is the one with clothing placements NOW!, and other ventures popping now...simply for example..gimme a effin' break!

What smack down (via Grammy nominated) are we referring to?
And furthermore...if he is so accomplished why is DIVINE MILLS so mute in the industry right now...in front of the mics and behind the boards. Guess ILLTOWN ain't so ILL.

MORE SHAMELESS PROMOTION FOR YOU MUTHAFATHAZ:

-Still gainfully employed, bless GOD, at my publicity firm.
*(Recently added as a client....the dude that sings duet vocals with Alicia Keys on her slow jam joint...he has a new band)

- writing and composing melodies for the re-tooling of my demo album, solo.

-many, many. other exciting and soon to take effect miracles and blessings!

STAY TUNED wink.gif !

Good looking out y'all!

Many thanks from your boy Young Dilli. I aint gonna front, I'm somewhat surprised that I won the award for 'Best Poster Overall'. I'm not exactly politically correct and at times I can be a bit heavy-handed. Be that as it is, I really appreciate the recognition.

D

Oh yeah, before I forget. Extra special shout-out to the girl WIN, thank you very much for pulling this thing together.

What a little community we've built here!

I'd like to sincerely thank everyone. About two years ago, I happened upon this site called thecrusade.net and I've been stuck like glue ever since. I've made some really good friends in here; I've refined my writing and really grown by coming to this board. Who would've thunk it, I've grown as a result of my membership on a web community. I like to think that we've grown together. Wow, we are really in the millennium!

Hat's off to WIN for pulling this together and to all of my fellow Crusaders who thought enough of my contributions on the board to nominate and/or vote for me. I am truly humbled.

I would to say thank you to all the people who make this site a great place to be every day. Much respect to Ray for putting this together. thanks to all the members that created great topics that gave me valuable information. I still have along way to go with my company, and thanks for your support and feed back!!!

We Love you Sharris!!!

everyone here is a winner, and that's real. keep making it happen everyday ya'll

Wow, Best Female Crusader? Oh my, I wasn't expecting this at all. I'm really not prepared for this, but ummm . . . ***pulls five page list of thank-yous from purse.*** . . . let me see.

I'd like to thank everyone who nominated and/or voted for me, and even those who didn't. It's all good.

Thanks to Ray for making this board a reality. It's really more than just a messageboard. It's more than just a community as well. As Grammynominated said in another thread, this is a family. I've enjoyed discussing the various topics we've covered over the past I don't know how long. I think I can say that we all appreciate each others views, although we may not always agree with each other. And boy do some of ya'll know how to disagree.

I'd also like to take the opportunity to thank everyone that's given me advice and encouragement. And to all those that reached out to me or that I've reached out to, I'm truly appreciative.

Special shout out to WIN for making this happen. And congrats to all the other winners.

Where do I begin?

1. I'd like to thank the treadmill company for making such a great product.
2. I'd like to thank the person that challenged that lady to a contest.
3. I'd like to thank the lady in the clip for tripping, busting her kneecaps, and being swiftly ushered off the treadmill.
4. Most Importantly, I'd like to thank all the kind people of thecrusade.net for casting their votes.
5. Lastly, I'd like to thank my competition Hollywood Cole and Deka for not coming strong enough in this category -- Better luck next time!

Aight, so I’m a little long winded!

It’s really cool and humbling to see how your peers view and receive your presence and words in this electronic environment… and this has been fun….

I’d like to thank everyone who nominated and voted for me and even those who didn’t. At the end of the day, there was honesty to be had in anonymity (IMHO) and that speaks volumes. It’s all good… it’s always love.

This year has been a learning and growing experience for me… I had never, ever participated on any message board before this one and experienced some growing pains this year (2 years into it) when I left and came BACK, hence the prodigal son award, which Dill lofted out there as a nomination, predestining me to it with a comment he made shortly after I came back on the scene. It’s good to be back.

I’d like you all to know that the conversations we have on this board transcend the screen and move into real life. Many of you have given me words of wisdom and opened my eyes to different points of view that I’ve never conceived before… and in receiving them, I’ve learned to avoid condemning the person in stating my POV. My scope has broadened... my live debate tighter... my knowledge deeper.

Big Ced brought me here, Frogs & Dill kept me. I felt like a stranger when I first joined, stranger still for a minute when Ced left… then realized that I was amongst friends and family soon after, hence the names above. Frogs always checks on a brother to see what's 'sattnin. and don’t get it twisted, although we fight and get relatively pissed with each other’s POV’s, Dill is my peeps. I’ve poked at him before for his debate ending salutation, “All the best, fam”… but I believe that dude is sincere in his well wishes for me and us all. This IS just internet stuff to him. I believe I have lifelong friends in these guys amongst others here… Gamma, Rog (I’m coming to London, dog).. love to you all, Crusaders.

Thanks again to the Crusade family……. and don’t forget who still holds the record for posting the most: 3556 as of this one and counting……

God is good, all the time, all the time, God is good.

Wow....

Our opinions reflect (and often betray) who we really are. I can't front when I say there are some extremely sharp, intelligent, talented cats here. I won't name names because (to be honest) we all know who they are. I'm privilleged to be amongst such company. I've learned so much from you guys and continue to do so. Being here has made me a better person. And I feel that to be recognised by people, I consider not only my peers, but my friends, is great feeling.

These awards have confirmed this is the best board of it's kind on the net.

P.S. I hope we ALL grow old and successful together.....

Peace y'all!

I'm going to simply offer a toast to theCrusade.net, my fellow Crusaders & my time here ( just over a year now) : May my latter be greater!

wow....

speech??? ok here we go...

Post of the Year/Thread of the Year
Grammynominated’s smackdown to Johnny Neumatic

ok, first i was gonna respectfully decline this award, because awards based on negative things isnt my cup of tea...but being that our ambiguously gay, pillow biting girly boy decided to speak negatively i have to accept it with this lesson in music business...

its simple john boy, when youve been winning year after year, and you constantly collect checks and ALL of your artists have HIT records, (all our artists AT THE VERY LEAST have a top 10 single) there comes a time when its time (every year) to regroup and do it again...and again and again... you know ....work on new acts (which we have 3) (which you would know about being that I told you I'd definitely listen to your stuff cause I wanted to bring a gospel artist into the fold....but you know what happened with that...thats why your still posting stories about beyonce's moma burning herself while she's cooking ph34r.gif )

anyway ....even records we "give" away are bangers...see current chart climber - urban mystic "where were you" and 5 records on the new syleena johnson album....scoring 2 movies, (including latifa's upcoming beautyshop) & shooting DM films first feature film....while your forced to switch gears and change professions... from aspiring singer to the office "copies & coffee" guy..you see when your "WORKING" quiet doesn't equal motionless....it just means less talk ...more work

seriously tho... frustrated dreamers a.k.a guys like you end up being the homo thug lover of some gay rapper/singer and sit in a corner in the studio "singing to yourself" hoping someone says..."yo i didnt know you sing...i can put you on", then you end up in a bathroom stall testing the mic.......be easy ....stay in ya lane...

oh yeah..twinkie boy,the award isnt for "most successful"

see ...being a success comes when you get up off ya ass (or get someone else out of it in your case) and DO instead of DREAM....all you gotta do is stop wishin stop whinin' and start workin...like many of the crusade members here have done...which is why i feel i have to share this award with EVERYONE who feels they deserve it, i'll circulate the physical manifestation of the crusade award a "golden insense stick" wink.gif

Dag Grammy!! You won that many, huh?SO WHAT tongue.gif I see DM out there hosting the seminars for the new and "still try'na get a deal crop" artists. Congrads on those Syleena joints and that Mario ..WHAT!!...is crazy. Sneak listens/peaks for those in the real industry is always nice and a honor. And thanks for the pm advice about the movie deals... this particular client is not as big wig as Divine Mill so he can only hope to get movie producing & soundtrack credits that ya'll are about to unleash ohmy.gif
Jaheims' a given buut NIICE look on that Coko wink.gif That will b played real loud in the Lexus. Ooh I said too much.

Dude can't seperate cyberspace from reality.

Your track record speaks for itself. So congratulations to you and all who won an award.

Especially you Kounslor I could not think of anyone more deserving of an award for contribution to this website. wink.gif
