1. Organizing on-site Employment Recruitment fairs at college campuses. I urge the urban industry execs. to stop hiring your friends or ex cons from your hood! Some of ya'll complain that the state of the industry is regressing, so if that's the case why not emulate other industries and form bonds with first tier universities and colleges (aside from Howard U.) There's plenty of geniunely talented, hard working top level grads with insight across the nation who can offer fresh ideas to the game and steer the recording industry to a brighter direction.

2.P-Diddy in the profession of Dean of Marketing Studies at Harvard or Dartmouth.

4.I think Kate Moss, Gwen Stafani, Lauryn Hill and Andre 3000 is killing it. However, I am not impressed with the idea of a celebrities coming out with fashion lines. They're not inspiring enough-celebrities emulate their friends or what they see regular people wear in the streets, other countries or at parties.

5. Nothing turns me on more than a chubby brown skin/bald headed Brotha wearing a white "wife beater".

1. I think the one thing that's missing from the music industry is appreciation and support for independent music.
2. Instead of rapping/singing, etc., I could see Lil’ Kim in the profession of Porn Industry CEO – distribution and promotions, not on set actress!
3. Dukes of Hazaard was my favorite 70's/80's TV show.
4. Andre Tally (Vogue) is most definitely a fashion icon and should have his own clothing line or at least start some sort of design incubator company to promote talented indy designers of color.
5. Some people may think it's weird, but I like it when a woman has enough confidence, style and panache to go bra-less

1. I think the one thing that's missing from the music industry is truth. So much of the music is about the image and the images appear contrived.

2. Instead of rapping/singing, etc., I could see Erykah Badu and Mos Def in the profession of higher education (Black lit professors, to be specific).

3. Three's Company and Fame were my favorite 70's/80's TV shows.

4.Tracee Ellis Ross and Alek Wek are most definitely fashion icons and should have their own clothing line.

1. I think the one thing that's missing from the music industry is Talent. Every 5 seconds there's a new soon to to be the next IT being put together by the label.

2. Instead of rapping/singing, etc., I could see Ghostface Killah in the profession of Guidance Counselor.

Nobody has vision to see beyong there wallets. What happened to Not Bitting rhymes and beats and putting on wack rappers (Bleek, Young Gunz, Noreaga, Obie Trice, Diplomats) just cuz they boy is a popular rapper?! Disgusting!!
BLACK WOMEN STAND UP and put together a class action law suite against MTV, BET, and every major record label!!
