Mad Man Entertainment is a company comprised of a diverse group
of young professionals, with varying backgrounds in numerous
professional related fields.
Mad Man’s creator David “Moze” Baptiste has established Mad Man
Entertainment as one of the most visible entertainment companies
on the East Coast.
This talented mixture of young professionals will serve as the
foundation, relating to the direction and expansion of Mad Man
Entertainment, as well as provide vital information on current and
future marketing trends in the music, fashion and television
industries.
If you are interested in the entertainment business, this could be a great opportunity to get hands on experience and work with people in the industry. In our program, we want you to learn and benefit from the experience as much as possible so we ask that you devote 2-3 days per week at our office (NYC) depending on your availability. We want to incorporate you into the system and give you projects instead of errands.
It is vital that you have a base knowledge of the industry, decent computer skills, typing and Microsoft Office (at least Word and Excel, PowerPoint is a plus, Internet and email), know how to use a fax machine and have good phone etiquette.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about what goes on far behind the scenes of the entertainment industry, while gaining college credit. We are looking for one individual to be the personal assistant to the Owner, Male or Female.
Qualifications:
The personal assistant would be responsible for coordinating daily scheduling and contacting potential clients for meetings and gathering research for upcoming projects, maintaining casting databases, light clerical work, and other special projects as assigned. This position will include some perks such as travel (Coast to Coast), free clothing, and exclusive celebrity fun filled events… And more.
Booking Interns will be required for our other company UPSCALE Model management to gather casting information, maintain communication with casting directors on behalf of the company and delegate our clients casting opportunities.

Our intern requirements are as follows:
- Must be currently enrolled at a university or college
- Must receive college credit with their college/university
- Must be interested in mass communications/entertainment industry
- Must be able to dedicate at least 2-3 days per week
- Must have a drivers license
- Must be no younger than 18
