Universal Music Group-Administrative Services is currently seeking Facilities Assistant for the New York, NY location.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handle phones for 4 people – direct calls, take messages, etc.
- Managing calendars and schedules
- Booking conference rooms
- Assist employees with office concerns
- Handle expense reports
- Process invoices; follow up on payments; reconcile statements
- Assist with project work as needed
- Overall administrative duties as related to daily facility management
Job Requirements: Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Must take initiative and be able to multitask
Proven ability to work under pressure
