Job Description: New York based independent record label looking for an experienced pre-production/post-production manager to handle high volume schedule. Responsibilities include overseeing pre-production of artwork with art director and A&R to create overall look and packaging of each project, as well as handling post-production of printing and manufacturing of CD’s, Vinyl, & DVD’s.

Ideal candidate would have relationships with vendors that pertain to each facet of the production needs. Must be extremely organized, independent, personable, resourceful, creative, and able to juggle several projects at once. Contributing interesting and
imaginative ideas to those projects is essential. Broad knowledge and experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Quark, as well as having experience with both PC & MAC platforms is required. Knowledge of Peachtree, Quickbooks, Final Cut Pro and audio editing software is a plus.

Applicants must have 3 years minimum experience in music industry production.
