Position: Senior Label Manager (Miami, Florida) Duties: Create opportunities for Latin Artists to reach the Hispanic consumer in an environment that matches his/her lifestyle, consumer behavior and entertainment practices through creative promotion and marketing platforms. Responsible for developing marketing plans and planning campaigns specifically targeting the US Hispanic market and Puerto Rico for key front line artists. Create strategies with media partners for positioning talent image. Develop strategic relationships with club/concert promoters, Spanish-language radio, recording artists, street team promoters, producers, DJ's, key Latino tastemakers and Latin press. Work closely with the Sales, Radio, and finance department. Analyze project P&Ls and manage project budgets. Development of POP, press kits, street team materials, and online tools for artists/projects.

Salary: $60,000-$70,000/year


Requirements: Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications or related area plus 5 years of experience in the entertainment or related industry.

Skills required: Must have: experience working with TV, press, and online media in the US Hispanic market; in depth knowledge of the US Hispanic market and the different niche and regional segments of the Hispanic market in the US; an in depth understanding of Latin music, artists, concert promoters, artist management, music video production, and the overall Latin music business; knowledge of project P&Ls, marketing budgets, and product pricing in the Latin market; and prior experience in a Latin record company.
