there are about a handful of folks that look no less than 50 years old.

..NO LIE...dayum I guess either folks are not aging well and taking care of themselves or folks going through some CRAZY stuff. one pic, I thought I was looking at a 60 year old lady..
keep in mind...most folks in my class are either 26 or 27 now. WOW..i'm blown away.

I think any person brought to trial under similar circumstances would be equally vocal. One person's defiance is another's unwillingness to sit silent during a farce of a trial where your life is at stake.

Not sure but its certainly not being conducted under US law nor is it following the rules of a world court.
If I had to guess its some frankenstein combination of Iraqi and American jurisprudence. However farcical and propaganda like it appears though, assuredly there is more justice and mercy being meted out then Hussein had for his enemies. There are half a million ghosts to attest to that.

,
Saddam probably feels that he's about as much of a murderer as GWB. When he was the leader of Iraq he had some very difficult choices to make. As a result of those choices I'm sure quite a few people died. Be that as it may very well be, given the questionable history of our very own country, I don't think we're in a position to judge that man.
To the victor goes the spoils but "might" doesn't neccessarily make it "right".
