girl...i have membership that I need to use at my own gym...but if not for that contract, I might would join ya.
i don't have a problem with my middle section as much as I do with my lower section...
but word to the wise MSBRG, if you don't have a gym partner then get you a timer/digital watch and do circuit training. do like 45secs to one min at each station and keep it movin'...you'll have a 30 min cardio workout done in what seems like 10/15 mins.

I haven't decided which version of Fiona Apple's Extrodinary Machine is better. The Jon Brion version that leaked 2 years ago, or The Mike Elizondo retail version. Both gets heavy rotaion in my MP3 player so I guess it don't matter. But I don't like being on the fence like this. I guess I just need to worry about who I'm taking to her concert in December.
