I'm about to call my landlord right now...what they DON'T know is that me and my landlord are like long lost brothers/sisters. He will do damn near anything I ask him to do...we cool like that. My landlord will easily tell them that he is not renewing their lease when it's up.

If so if its not a huge loss maybe you guys want to check out new spots something better even. Threatening not to renew a lease out of revenge/ spite for your sake my piss wee man off just a bit.

I had mine pierced when I was a baby too.........
She has a serious set of lungs and I know she's gonna reach a whole other octave range when they do it.........

right now..i'm still heated so, no, I may not be thinking to clearly but merely reacting...
but really, the neighbors have done some other ish that my landlord ain't too cool about. Hell, if the lease is up in a few and the landlord will not honor the renewal..then they have to go..end of story.
PLUS, the landlord is not even cracking down on them like he really could be...it is a studio apartment with a couple a newborn and the step-son who's 5 stays there...they are like sardines in there.

i open up my door to leave out but totally forgot to grab something out of the fridge...since the fridge is not too far away I leave the door cracked and head to the fridge. (the door is still in my eyesight)
I go to look up from my fridge door and see this negro standing IN MY HOUSE.
i never closed the door b/c i was just jetting to the fridge...but it's not like the door was open to the outside, outside...

Thats my point. Its not that easy to get people off you property anymore for 1, 2 it seems like he (itty bitty) is already finding it a little difficult to get out from the get up...wife, infant, 5 year And him in a Studio

i heard it was difficult to get folks out in a bldg that has over a certain amount of floors and tenants in it...like 4 or 5 stories high occupying more than X amount of tenants..(RWC or any other landlords...CHANNEL IN please)
but if it's a brownstone setting...I don't think that applies..right?

I heard something about that. I think your landlord should give the tenants at least 60 days notice because any less he can argue that with a newborn child he wasn't given enough time to move and no judge will put out a family, especially with a newborn. Landlords, or at least good ones are looked at as scum of the earth by the courts and are always considered guilty until found innocent.
I woudn't worry about him doing anything to you; you've fought bobcats and racoons growing up so you can handle some short dude in his drawers right???
I thank the Lord for my tenants; pay their rent on time and never hear from them other than the first of the month or when they need to use my vaccum cleaner. I had an extra so I just gave it to them.

one girlfriend of mine just kept the baby up as long as possible (didn't let her nap at all that day). by the time the ears were pierced, she was too knocked out to wake up. slept thru the whole thing.

Dont be scurred of this guy, sometimes you have to act crazy and let your neighbors know that you will flip out, I did that to a neighbor of mine in the BX years ago...always loud parties, fights in the backyard during BBQs...I got fed up, during a July 4th weekend I tossed a M-80 though an open window into his living room, and right after that took his car and stripped it, left it on cinder blocks on Bronx Blvd.

nah, i wasn't checking on her, i was checking on a potential summer 06 roster pick. (a lovely, big-bodied selection too! ooh!) she was one of the people in the pic.
he--the only person i asked about-- got the green light. information about her was freely offered in detail.
