oye...ladies, dont let that scare u..everyone has different experiences...and plus once u lay ur eyes on the miracle all that goes out the door...its so much more 2 it than the "gross" stuff u see...
...take my word on this one...theres no greater feeling in the world than having a life growing inside of u, and nurturing that life..and then 2 lay eyes on ur baby...nothing greater...when ur ready 4 it

o hell 2 the...4 what reason did they do that? i feel u girl about the delivery, but like i said dont let all that u see scare u...some people have easy deliveries...mine was hell
im not even gonna front on that, but it was worth it once he was here...my cousin just had her 2nd baby and she wanted like 4 kids..after this last one she said hell no, but her first delivery wasnt so bad, so it all depends chica!

i have no clue why they took it out but i almost passed out when the dude was holding it and said "this is her uterus"....all i kept thinking about was that he was gonna put it in wrong and she was gonna be all fucked up in the game....
i dunno...i'm convinced that god is gonna punish me for being the way i am and have me in labor for like 2 weeks or some shit....i just feel it

I can't stomach the baby-coming-out process either (I still have nightmares about the baby movie that they showed to us in High School) but I'ma start trying to have a little one next year.

2. Healthy mind, healthy body, healthy soul....healthier relationship with the Most High - Rastafari
3. Getting older so I wanna keep my youthfulness up and getting older makes you think about these kinds of things. Better to act on it now than suffer later.
4. smoking and being lazy all day is kinda boring - there is more to life than this
5. I wanna see if I can have kids.
Helping people out with this is just a side effect that I enjoy...you can't help others if you are all fucked up yourself.
Random Thought of the day: is it me or is ANTM kinda corny this year?

so very true girl!...realizing that is essential...smokin doesnt work 4 everyone...i remember my roommate dropped out of college cuz she would just smoke all day and lay up in the room...me, i smoke and get motivated and get shit done

trees did that for me the first....2 years of bunnin. The next 7 years were very spiritual (Rastafari). These last 4 years were out of habit. Burn for me girl, burn for me!!!
When I hit 45 and have 10 cribs between here and Barbados, I'll be more than happy to start burning again!

i feel you.
uh, i've been hitting the gym HARD AS HELL, going home and smoking. one at night. one to start my day. usually i choose one habit over the other, but somehow they are co-existing well for the moment. i know i got to stop, but the shit be calling me. i left the gym not more than an hour ago. i am feigning for cold stone right now. feigning!!!!!
(i can do six miles and i smoke. just imagine what i could do if i didn't damn.)
shades: it's like relaxing after a hard day (ie strenuous work out.) that's how i look at it. (wanted to say "justify it" but i know there is no way to do that.)

ah...theres nothing like sparkin up a fatty after a hard work out, a nice hot bath...then some good sex...life is heaven
As someone who just had a baby 4 months ago........I recommend it to all who are ready and willing........It's hard as hell but WORTH every ounce of pain.......While I was pregnant I used to watch all of those shows religiously and I was scared shitless........My lil one didn't even want to come out so I had to be induced, so I was ready to get her out and scared too.........It's an experience you will never forget and I recommend getting an epidural if your pregnancy is too painful.......when you are induced it's VERY painful but once I got the epidural I felt so much better and was able to get some sleep and when it was time to push it wore off so I could feel everything.......I only had to push for like 15 minutes and she was out........all 8lbs of her........
And dime, have a girl........I LOVE IT........My husband wanted a boy at first but now he is head over heels in love with his lil girl.........She has the cutest little outfits, I put her hair into lil pigtails, and she is all smiles and giggles.........It's the best.........In a few years I'm gonna try for more........

shades, I'm with you...everytime I was done exercising, I wouldn't smoke (weed) for about 4 hours. Just wasn't in me...I would feel too good. then again, I'm not a cigarette smoker so I can't relate.

...girl only 15 min? see thats what i mean...that is awesome...yo i was pushin for 3 hours, with NO epidural, why cuz of my paranoia...when the doctor said "maam i do have 2 tell u there is a 1 in 10000 chance that the epidural can leave u paralyzed" i told him, sir knowing my luck i'll be that 1, no thanks...my son was faced up, so they couldnt even assist me, he was stuck in the birth canal so it was 2 late 4 a c-section...but all that went out the door when i had my munchkin...and i really would love a lil girl, but i just dont know....maybe when im 30....

the high you get from smoking on an empty stomach or when you got liquor in your system got to be up there with a hit of crack or a snort of coke. it only lasts five to seven minutes, but it is nothing to scoff at. that's why i only smoke two. i have no desire any other time than when i am running completely on E

Today I met the Funkadelic One himself- George Clinton!! It was very exciting...he is such a nice man, very warm and receptive...what a moment!

I C/S with the liquor. I have never understood why people think that dieting and consuming alcohol can coexist peacefully.
But the cigs actually act as a hunger suppressant...I dropped 5 pounds on my little binge...

i haven't had a drink in three weeks (or whenever Qs b-day was), ie, when i started working out. now the smoking thing may be a legitimate concern.. fair enough. i'm trying to cut back to just the evening smoke.

This picture annoys me for 2 reasons...
Baby b dressed up like that makes me feel like in 10yrs this little girl's gonna be swinging around someone's pole....makes me wonder if B's career could have gone either way.
And...why does the this kid really look like Nas not Jay???? I feel like B's cheating on Jay in this pic!!!!
