On another note - I forgot who asked about it, but my friend told me about a new N.O. style restaurant on Candler. He's from N.O. and said the food was good, but I take that with a grain of salt cause he's been in the A for at least 10 years. Anyways, I'm probably going to check it out this weekend. Increase your fruit intake bc fruits have water and other nutrients that cleanse the body...

Even during Ramadan, you eat at night (I only drink water during the day).
apples and lemons are very good fruits to cleanse you out, Elo. Don't do exercise that is too strenous either.

I know this may seem easy Elo but try doing 100 jumping jacks or jump roping w/ your legs far apart, dont rush them...
Its a very good cardio work out if you dont want to hit the track or treadmill!

Ooohh...I used to watch birthing marathons on TLC at the begining of the year.
Whew...Im not on BC but Im not having babies either...scares the hell outta me!
