Now I'm back with my ex, he wants to push up really hard (I didn't tell dude I'm back with my ex...ain't none of his damn business)? Men are crazy.
For all of those who are down with Vonage, check out SunRocket. $199 for the year = $17 a month (no taxes!!) whooohooo!!
Now I have a question for those who own homes/co-op's/condos (yes YOU RWC!!):
my super is offering people the chance to change our air conditioning units (I have central air) to something more up-to-date. He says that if a lot of people want to do this, they'll cut the prices even further but they have to see how many people are interested first. If I change both of my units, it will run me $3500 (61 & 41" units). This is without added bulk rate (discounted though). We don't have to do it and I'm not paying extra for anyone's remote control. I'm wondering if this would increase the value of my apt. If it does, will it make much of a difference? Is this something that I should even bother with?

I had a game with my son when I was potty training. I would throw 4 or 5 cheerios ( fruit loops) in the toilet and have him aim at them. It helps them want to go to the bathroom and also teaches them how to pee straight in the toilet not around it
It will be best if daddy takes him to the bathroom so that he can play the copy cat game.
