it's all good. I'm on Day 7 of the MC. When I first started the MC, I was still smoking but went down to 1 spliff a day (that's great for me!). After the 3rd day, I didn't have a physical urge anymore. Hopefully, when I'm done with the MC (8 more days fam), I'll take an extra week off or I'll be done altogether. I'm actually scared to smoke again when I'm done. One hit and I'll feel like I took a tab of acid.  glad you were able to stop when you were preggo. I practically had to smack one of my homegirls because she kept trying to smoke while pregnant.  |

Wow -- talk about catharsis... Just finished watching "Walk the Line." Reese Witherspoon DESERVES that Oscar. I hope they give it to her.
that movie was FABULOUS ... it's a shame that everyone is discounting it's chances because the biopic for Ray did so well... it was amazingly well done.

'Crash' was a very good movie. That I will not deny. Characters were perfect and I was very impressed with Sandra Bullock and Luda especially.

I'm happy they won even though I don't know the song (I haven't seen the film). They take their music just as serious as any other artists. The subject matter and song were approved by the academy so they got what they rightfully earned. I don't think they were handed a pity award to make up for the historic racisim of the whole organization either... They won by besting the other nominees IMO...

I got a lot (A WHOLE LOT) to do and the herbs makes me go into ' I can do it all within the next 24 hrs' mode, trip'n waking people out their sleep like "get yo punk ass up some things gotta get done'. In other words anxiety attacks aint funny so until I get what I need to get done Im flying sober.

I used to be up and alert when I first started bunning but now I'm like Quel. Master Cleanser I made me allergic to beer, hopefully Master Cleanser II will give me an allergic reaction to traum. I can't believe I'm saying it but I guess I'm growing up...
