I've been reading Kevin Liles book "Make it Happen: from Intern to President"..It's aiight!..He doesn't necessarily tell you anything you haven't heard before but his vision and insight on Hip Hop is admirable.
He said before he turned 30 he became President of Def Jam in 9 yrs which is something to respect!
One thing he said that's real talk is that..He always wanted at a young age, he has and is still building at the age of 37 an estate which yrs from now after he's dead and gone his great great great grand kids can live off..NOW THAT'S REAL TALK

It is a prequel to a DEF JAM saved Hip Hop book he probably has in the stash.... PDIDDY went from intern to President in 1 year.... If you got your business and talent right along with a backer, you too can be a President with a precedent.
