I agree the superbowl commercials were poo, but I LOVED THE DOVE commericial showing the range of beauty...love, love loved IT!

One of the Beer company's did the secret revolving fridge wall. Classic.
That Burger King Commercial with the showgirls dressed up as whopper ingredients then they sit on top each other to make the burger. Very memorable.
And one that wasn't funny, but still a totally great advertisement...the Kermit the Frog it ain't easy being green commercial for the Honda Hybrid (I think). Excellent concept.

i had a deadline for this morning so i missed most of the game. only saw the last part of the halftime show (was that Steven Tyler?) and this great Disney commercial with the athletes practicing saying "I'm going to Disney World." the DW brand was mentioned no less than twelve times. somebody shoulda got a raise off that one.

I saw that commercial as a father allowing their young foal to indulge in the family business of drinking. It was used for getting the young people's parents to pass on drinking Budweiser to their children. The tag line proved it. "I won't tell if you won't". That passing of the torch is significant for businesses to succeed. A loyal customer must give the "America Dream" of a cold can of Bud to their children. It looked all sweet but the obviously hidden message was to introduce beer to a new younger audience. 18-24 year olds are top consumers of alcohol, usually at the blessing of their parents...

I'm hip to the manipulation. It's incredible how they get away with it. And it was the perfect opportunity to openly pass a minor the responsibility of alcohol. It is the most watched "sporting event" that brings families and friends to come together to celebrate American corporations, the television, and a game.

Here we go another one baking cookies....cleaning house.....only getting their hair done when he's in town......day dreaming..... sniffing pillows for his scent.....having a story about him in every conversation......renaming him 'my baby' and using that in every conversation.....
