2 ladies at my job started the Master Cleanser yesterday.
1 lady at my job is doing Hot Yoga (and loving it)
1 lady started listening to what I have to say about health and the natural ways of life.
1 man said that he's going to start Hot Yoga in a week (especially after hearing the lady who did it yesterday say that most of the women in the class are practically naked - hey, at least he's going to try it)
it's a good thing to want to be healthy.

yes, it's Bikram. it cleans your system of impurities and illnesses by doing Yoga poses in a room that has about 100 degrees in temperature. The liver is cleansed out by the sweating, thereby helping you with whatever ails you. If I start to tell you some of the things that I have witnessed Hot (Bikram) Yoga doing, I don't think you will believe me.
You can lose weight by it but it's not drastic since true weight loss comes with good eating habits as well as the Yoga (or any exercise program). If you want to lose weight and it comes back but in a nice way, you should try the Master Cleanser.

i did Bikram and was like WTF...it did absolutely nothing for me...it was a joke for me...maybe it works for others.

I don't know if there is anything in this word that works for everyone (except for the Lord). So it happens. Personally, it took me 2 times of going to get the full effect. Go figure.

you're right all the bikram stuff is temporary. has no long term effects what so ever. it feels good to sweat it out and thats it. water weight. they want you to keep coming back and spending that loot. Seelah is at least right it's all in the mind, nothing else.
I can take you to a NYC housing project wwere they get that project heat and you can rock a triple fat goose and get the same effect.

I never said it was permanent. You definitely got to stick with it.
...and I have seen the long term effects of Bikram Yoga first hand. However, those who got true benefit from it did it for a long time. I don't have that much dough. I don't think you do either. But it does work...
If you're looking to lose weight, bikram yoga isn't for you. However if you have an ailment or illness, then Bikram will do wonders.
it may not work for you but it will work for someone.
I ain't saying nothing to Tar cuz she tried it already but for you, deka....

I went to Popeye's for the first time in 4 years and after eating their two piece cole slaw and biscuits(second only to KFC) I feel extremely sluggish and lethargic.
