I cook at least 4 nights a week. But I eat a healthy choice TV dinner for lunch everyday. They are healthy and not that bad...plus it's the right portion of food I should be eating. When you eat out, the portions are rediculous.

There are some ok ones. . . it's not like mom's home cooking but it's better than Fast Food Grease.
Or you can do what I use to do. . . the day you go food shopping season up your meat, place them in zip lock bags, freeze them, take them out to thaw as you need them the night before & leave them in the fridge. Cook-up what you plan to eat for the week and freeze part of it

I go for the low sodium healthy choice. It's less than 1/2 of the sodium and carbs than a normal lean cusine. But I feel on the sodium in TV dinners those hungry man and stoffers dinners can KILL YOU. The sodium is about 1000mg each
